Return, Replacement & Refund Policy
At The Club Factory, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our Return, Replacement, and Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Order Cancellation
Customers may cancel their order and receive a 100% full refund if:
- The order has not yet been dispatched; or
- The cancellation request is made within 24 hours of placing the order, whichever is earlier.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support team at “support@theclubfactory.in” with your order details.
2. 7-Day Replacement Policy
We offer a 7-day replacement warranty on all eligible products.
You may request a replacement within 7 days from the date of delivery if:
- You received a damaged product (not included minor scratches).
- You received a defective product.
- You received the wrong product.
- The product is not functioning properly upon arrival.
Conditions for Replacement:
- The replacement request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
- The product must be returned in its original condition with all accessories, manuals, packaging, and invoice.
- Products showing physical damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or unauthorized repairs will not qualify for replacement.
- Customers need to show the proper unboxing video (without cuts).
After inspection and approval, a replacement product will be shipped at no additional cost.
3. Refund Policy
Refunds are applicable only under the following circumstances:
- Order cancelled before dispatch.
- Order cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.
- Replacement is not possible due to product unavailability.
- The returned product fails quality checks and is approved for refund by our team.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
Please note that shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the error was on our part.
4. 6-Month Product Warranty (Selected Products Only)
Certain products sold on our website come with a 6-month limited warranty.
The warranty applies only to products specifically marked as "Covered by 6-Month Warranty" on the product page.
Terms & Conditions:
- Warranty covers manufacturing defects only.
- Warranty does not cover physical damage, water damage, accidental damage, misuse, wear and tear, or unauthorized repairs.
- Customers must be required to provide photos/videos of the issue for verification.
- The company reserves the right to repair, replace, or provide an alternative product at its sole discretion.
- Warranty claims must be supported with the original order number or invoice.
- Shipping charges for warranty claims may be borne by the customer unless stated otherwise.
The final decision regarding warranty approval shall rest with The Club Factory.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return, replacement, or refund:
- Products damaged due to customer misuse.
- Products returned without original packaging and accessories.
- Items marked as non-returnable on the product page.
- Products showing signs of tampering or unauthorized repair.
- Customers fail to provide valid unboxing videos.
