Refunds will not be applicable if the order has been dispatched.
Our policy does not include any returns. But in case you received any damaged or faulty product, you can apply for a replacement. If there are any defects that arise within the product, not including physical/accidental damage, then we can consider returns in exceptional cases (entirely up to the club factory).
Note: The Club Factory does not provide any satisfaction guarantee on any products.
To be eligible for a replacement, your item must be unused and in the same condition, you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
In order to get the product changed the company, "TheClubFactory" may ask you to share pictures of the damaged product. Once the claim has been verified, we will happily replace your product for free.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that fall under the 'intimate' or 'sanitary' goods category, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases. We also cannot guarantee satisfaction with any electronic products (confirm before ordering). Replacement requests will be entertained only if we receive the query within 1 day of delivery.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the amount. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
